Preparation

Wow what a job the seam sealing the tarp tent. You can imagine my face when I rode that I still had to seal the tent. After some research, youtube gave the answer and with my little hand-craft skills I was able to do a decent job. Mr Henry Shires should be proud of me.

As it needs to dry for 48 h in a dry area I have to set it inside the apartment. It is difficult to get 2 days without rain in England. It was a good experience for me to set it without any peg in a hard soil. .

Seam sealing indoors.......

In the other hand all the permits had arrived: PCT permit, fire permit, and been quite optimist I have the Canadian border entry permit. So I am quite happy with this and something less to worry about.

Thinking about gear I am still have some doubt  about carry an ice axe, if I get one probably would be a CAMP one and are actually quite expensive. I am still waiting for the weather forecast on March. As in December look like it was a drought year without snow, now look like some rain and snow is arriving late in the season. I will wait until April to take a decision.

I am still looking for any kind of sponsorships, this is a tough one. Maybe I found something, shorts, socks and t – shirt, to be confirmed in the next days.
